• Our mission: To continually challenge our students physically and mentally while testing and building ethical and moral character.
• Our method:
  • To facilitate character development in our young people in partnership with parental support by using martial arts training as the active medium;
  • To provide outstanding martial arts instruction for girls, boys, women, and men, placing emphasis on tradional military-style self-defense techniques, training regimen, and strategies; and
  • To provide survival based, female specific, self-defense training seminars for women.
• Our philosophy is simple:
  • Violence is a last resort. The best weapon you have is your mind.
  • The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed when you are forced to fight.
  • To carry on the traditions of martial arts excellence that have been passed on to Master Alexander by Grand Master Kim.

As an accredited member of the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF), we teach Olympic Style Taekwondo in addition to Hapkido, Yudo, and self-defense instruction. Our black belts are certified worldwide by the Kukkiwon Foundation. Through our accredidation with the World Haidong Gumdo Federation we also teach classes in Haidong Gumdo — Korean Sword Art.
